Pet Policy
At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. The Preserve at Spring Lake welcomes cats and dogs! For each pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and pet rent of $20 per month per pet. Two pets maximum per apartment. In-office pet interviews are required. Current vaccination records are required at the time of application. Certain breed restrictions apply.
